Joanna started her Snaggle Foot Dog Walks & Pet Care business to combine her love of animals with her desire to run a successful business that provides exceptional customer service to each and every client. Joanna has been caring for animals since she was a young girl, and she would often assist her mother in local animal rescues. Over the years, she has cared for dozens of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, turtles, and rabbits.

Joanna is so excited to be able to operate a business where she can spend the majority of time caring for animals. “It is like a dream come true”, she says. Joanna treats each animal as if it was her own, providing each the love and attention that every animal in this world deserves. In addition, when recruiting staff to assist her with the Snaggle Foot business, she only chooses those that share her passion for animals. All staff must undergo a complete criminal background check and drug screening prior to providing pet-related services.

Joanna happily resides in Greater New Haven with her husband (and fellow animal lover), two daughters, and her small pack of rescued animals, which include two cats, two rabbits, and a bird.
